2018 Moot Problem

 

The 2019 Moot Problem, the Case concerning Illicit Control of Spacecraft and Unauthorised Access to Orbital Space Station (Tarvos v. Eukelade), has been released.

 

The imaginative 2019 Moot Problem deals with the issues of cyberhacking of ground control segments of spacecraft, unauthorised docking and access to an orbital space station, liability for damage to spacecraft, and commercial espionage.
