2017 Moot Problem

 

The 2017 Moot Problem, the Case concerning the Operation and Destruction of Satellites in Times of Peace and Armed Conflict (Elara v. Orthosie Coast), has been released and can be downloaded here.

 

The contemporary 2017 Moot Problem deals with the implications of armed conflict on commercial satellite telecommunications, remote sensing, and direct television broadcasting sevices, as well as espionage and covert operations.
