2018 Moot Problem

 

The 2018 Moot Problem, the Case concerning Incidents Onboard an Orbital Space Station of April 2017 (Euporie v. Taygete), has been released and can be downloaded here.

 

The contemporary 2018 Moot Problem deals with the issues of international cooperation onboard orbital space stations, including space tourism, scientific exploration, intellectual property protection, and transnational crime.
